Chem Binder – 4000 is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer. It is used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric.

APPLICATION (Binder paste) :

- Urea : 2 – 5%

- THICKNER : 2 – 3%

Chem SIL
Chem SIL – SN is Micro Amino Silicon based emulsion. It is used as softening agents for Cotton, Hoisery, Jeans and Synthetic fabric. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Dyed Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.

APPLICATION :
1 to 2 % of the Chem SIL – SN gives a very good softness on Dyed Jeans / Hoisery / Cotton fabric. It also increases the tensile strength of the fabric and gives a fine hand feel , suppleness with a luster on the surface of the fabric. Chem SIL –SN also gives slight hydro phobic properties after application on the fabric i.e it gives some water proofing effect.

Chem Emulsi – X is Non – Ionic Emulsifier. It is used as emulsifying agent for Binder & M.T.O.

Chem Fix- CCL
Chem Fix- CCL is a condensated product of Melamine Resin. It is used as Dye – Fixing agent of Pigment Emulsion with Chem Binder – SLM. It increases the rubbing fastness of the Dye.

Chem Khadi – P
Chem Khadi – P is Titanium Di-Oxide printing paste with synthetic resins, Co-Polymers & Emusifiers. It can be applied directly or pigment colours can be added for printing on the garment or fabric for excellent printing results.
