TEXO – PE (POLYTHENE EMULSION)
The product Texo – PE is applicable on Cotton, Nylon, Terylene, Orlon, Viscose, Terycotton blends and other woven as well as knitted fabrics. The outstanding features of Texo-PE is that it gives a permanent finish and is not removed on repeated washing, the finish does not discolour the fabric nor does it yellow on exposure to sunlight. It also increases the Tear strength of the treated fabric. The crease recovery of the treated fabric is much better.Due to the hydrophobic properties of Texo – PE the treated fabric becomes Dirt – Ressistant.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
- PHYSICAL STATE : Slightly White liquid
- CHEMICAL NATURE : Non-Ionic
- SOLID CONTENTS : 25% ± 2
- PH VALUE : Slight Alkaline
- SOLUBILITY : Freely miscible with water
- STABILITY : Stable in Cationic & Anionic products
APPLICATION :
To achieve Anti-Creasing properties Texo – PE is added with Chem Finish – UF in suitable proportions. The fabric are padded with 80 percent expression dried, cured at 140°C for 3 min only.
Texo – PE is used with other products also to achieve the desired finishes.
SUGESSIONS :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.
