The woolen felt (blanket) is washed with the anionic solvent , which reduces the life of the felt. To protect its life our product Chem Wet NID is suitable because of non ionic nature of the chemical.
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.

Ordinary paper is sensitive to water and gets wet easily. It reduces the strength of th paper considerably. By application of wax emulsion, the water repelling power is introduced in the paper during the manufacturing of the paper and hence the wetting nature of the paper is reduced. The emulsion is anionic in nature and highly soluble in water and stable in alkaline medium.
The product is incorporated in the pumps stage and any suitable point in a suitable quantity which saves resin and increases paper strength.
The emulsion should be stored in cool place away from heat and hot pipe lines.

During the manufacturing of the paer much foaming occurs which is undesired because it spoils the quality. To protect it from producing foam, defoamer are used which are non ionic pastes, soluble in water and stable in alkaline medium
The product is used during the manufacture of paper by spraying the dilute solution of defoamer at suitable times.
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.

The progress made in the development of the synthetic resins in recent years has profoundly influenced the paper industry. Ordinary paper is relatively strong and dry, however, the tensible strength and tear strength are considerably reduced when it is wet. The tensible strength and the tear strength under wet condition are increased by the incorporation of the cationic resin, during the production of the paper.
A special feature of a cationic resin is that, the resin molecule carries a positive charge, where as the cellulose fibres are negatively charged, due to this the resin is electrostatically absorbed by the cellulosic fibres even through the resin may be present in low concentration is the sub-stock. This results in preferential and effectively imparting better wet strength properties to the finished papers.
MF resin is a cationic paper resin which imparts wet strength properties to paper by the above efficient electrostatic absorption, which is not the case in normal resins. The resins can be used to improve the wet strength properties of paper produced from bleached as well as kraft pulp.
We strength paper produced by the incorporation of this resin . it is used for numerous applications in which retention of strength is required under one or more of the following conditions.

PAPZYME – DINK is a powder form enzyme that selectively modifies cellulosic fibres to aid in the sepration of ink and other debris from recycled papers. It operates between a broad range of pH (4.5 – 8.5) and temperature ( 25 to 60 C).
Pulpozyme – H/CONC is added at a dosage between 20 – 50 gm / ton of dry pulp. Normally the enzymatic treatment is performed at the digester.
As there is an inverse relationship between reaction time and enzyme dosage to obtain a maximum bleach effect, tank levels where enzymatic treatment is performed must be kept at highest possible level.
Pulpozyme – H/CONC can be inactivated by raising the pH above 11.0 or temperature above 71 C or a combination of rhe two. Oxidizers such as H2O2 and Hypo-Chlorite can also be used to inactivate the enzyme.
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use. Pulpozyme – H/CONC retains more than 90% activity after four months when stored at 25 C & out of direct sunlight and in the original closed container.

Pulpozyme – H/CONC is added at a dosage between 20 – 80 gm / ton of dry pulp. Normally the enzymatic treatment is performed at the brownstock storage tank. The enzyme is dosed at the outlet channel in the last washer after pulp digestion. UF resin is abeater, additive and can be added to the stock either batch wise at the close of the beat or by continous feed that a suitable point between beater and the head box. The quantity required is usually in the range of 1 to 4 % resin solids on oven dry fibres. However, the quantity of resin required for the a particular quality of paper will depend on a number of operating factors such as degree of beating amount of loading in the paer, type of the fibre and finnaly the degree of wet strength required.
Over dry fibre 100 gms
Resin(originally containing
40% solids) 10 grms(i.e 4 % solids on O.L. fibres)
Water for dissolving resin 30 grms
The resins should preferably be diluted with about three items quantity of water(e.g 10 gms in 30 grm) before use to ensure a better distribution of resin the fibre, but case should be taken that the diluted resin not stored for long period.
While the UF resinsufficient Alum should be added to the stock to ensure maximum retention of resin in the papers the acidity of the stock should also be adjusted so as to bring the PH value of the slury within the range fo 4-5 and if, Alum already added is insufficient for this purpose, further addition of Hydrocloric acid or sulphuric acid is made to adjust the PH 4-5. It should be borne in mind, that the PH of back water and drying temperature of the paper are insignificant factors in the development of strength and allowance should, therefore be made in acidifying the stock for any subsequent alteration in PH . If the back water is made up with the use of the fresh water of if drying condition are same.
UF resin should not be added at the same point as alum of Resin, since this procedure can adversely effect the results. The preferred order of addition is resin first, final PH adjustment then carried out by addition of alum or acid if necessary.
The resin should be stored under cool conditions and away from hot pipeline to avoid the breaking of emulsion.
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.
