Polyester fibres are almost exclusively dyed with disperse dyes due to the highsurface charge.The highly crystalline and hydrophobic nature of the polymer however, makes dyeing very slow under normal conditions even with dyes of small molecular size. Chem Carrier-TCI is a solvent based Dyeing carrier (or accelerators) which makes Polyester dyeing economically possible.

APPLICATION :
Chem Carrier – TCI is added to the dyebath either in solution or emulsion form.Temprature of the blank dyebath is raised to 70°C. The jigger or winch is now started and the prepared dyestuff dispersion is added to the dyebath.Since it is likely that some quantity of the carrier is lost due to volatalisation, it is recommended that add some part of Carrier-TCI to the dyebath after one hour’s dyeing at boil.
Suggestions :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.
