CHEM – PS (Peroxide Stablizer)

CHEM – PS is a silicate free stabilizer for uniform and even Hydrgen Peroxide decomposition. It is a unique blend of inorganic components that, synergistically, stabilize Alkaline, Hydrogen peroxide bleach baths. In addition to stabilizing action essential for effective bleaching, CHEM – PS has high sequestering action for ions of heavy metal class that can cause catalytic damage during this stage of wet processing. CHEM – PS gives outstanding chelation of ferric (+3) ion under conditions encountered in peroxide bleaching.

CHEM SIL – SNN

Chem SIL – SN is Micro Amino Silicon based emulsion. It is used as softening agents for Cotton, Hoisery, Jeans and Synthetic fabric. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Dyed Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.

APPLICATION :

1 to 2 % of the Chem SIL – SN gives a very good softness on Dyed Jeans / Hoisery / Cotton fabric. It also increases the tensile strength of the fabric and gives a fine hand feel , suppleness with a luster on the surface of the fabric. Chem SIL –SN also gives slight hydro phobic properties after application on the fabric i.e it gives some water proofing effect.

CHEM SIL - DF

CHEM SIL – DF is a high end Amino oil based polymer product, which is used to defoam the foaming occured during various textile processes. It has a efficiency to defoam the foaming within 3 to 5 sec, which can otherwise cause severe damages in the processes.

APPLICATION :

It can be used either at the time of arising of the foam or before the start of the process between 0.2 to 0.5% of the weight of the solution. This gives a zero foam process in jet dyeing which can otherwise cause pathches on the fabric. It is also used in the manufacturing of various chemical reactions to maintain a foam free process.

TEXOZYM – CD

Texozym – D  is a modified Alplha amylase prepration. The product is very efficient in the hydrolyzing of starch whick makes the prepration especially suitable for fabric desizing

  • DURATION : 35 – 50 min.

Texozym – D is applied in the pre-treatment stage between 50 to 55°C to remove the size from the fabric thus making the fabric more absorbent and efficient for further wet processing.

STORAGE & HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS :

  • Direct contact with skin or eyes causing irritation, has to be flushed with water immediately till irritation lasts.
  • Temprature exceeding 30°C can deactivate the Enzyme, hence it should be stored in a shadowed and cool place.

TEXO - FP (FLAME RETARDENT)

Chem – FP  is a used as a Flame retarding agent for cotton fabric. It gives special flame retardant effect on the fabric and stands for more then 4 machiene washes. It gives slight hardness in the fabric, which slightly reduces the tensile strength of the fabric.

CHEM FIX – D

Chem Fix – D is Cationic Dye Fixing agent for Direct, Reactive and Ramasol dyes etc. It is a formaldehyde free perfect dye fixing agent and works on all types of fabrics. After application initially it removes all the unfixed dye from the fabric and after that it permanently fixes the dye on the fabric.

CHEM WET - OTP

Chem Wet – OT is Octanol based Condensated product. It is A VERY POWERFUL Anioinic Wetting and Rewetting agent. It is a wax like solid product and is available in paste (CHEM WET – OTP) and liquid (CHEM WET – OTL) forms also.

APPLICATION :

For cotton fabric use 0.1 to 0.2% CHEM WET – OTP on the weight of fabric for better wetting and rewetting results. However, the above concentrations may vary depending upon the quality of the fabric and type of the effect desired. CHEM WET – OTP is dissolved in hot water with stirring before its use during the desizing process

CHEM SCOUREX - BO

Chem Scourex – BO has revolutionized the most imperative process for desizing, washing and bleaching of cellulose and its blended fabrics as well as yarns by eliminating the use of high pressure boiling with caustic soda and other uses of continuous heavy bleaching equipments. Within a short process of 4 to 5 hours only, CHEM SCOUREX – BO achieves what could be achieved by prolonged treatment under high pressure for 8 to 10 hours.

It is a very powerful purifying agent, for removals of both water soluble and insoluble impurities from outside and inside of the yarn and hence the fabric thereby increases penetration.

APPLICATION :

For the Desizing of cotton fabric add around 0.3 to 0.5% CHEM SCOUREX – BO on the weight of the fabric. Mix CHEM SCOUREX – BO with 2 to 3 times its weight in cold water, add the above diluted material to the other chemicals used in the process of bleaching and scouring. It will dissolves and removes the natural and added impurities from cellulose and other synthetic fabric such as cotton oils and waxes, pectines, pectoses, proteins, starches, conning oil etc. Combined scouring and bleaching can be carried out in a single bath system through use of CHEM SCOUREX – BO.

CHEM SOFT – CS

Chem Soft – CS is a higher Fatty Acid Amino based Softner. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.

  • CHEMICAL NATURE : Higher Fatty acid based Softner
  • IONIC NATURE : Catoinic

APPLICATION :

To impart good softening and luster to the fabric and yarn, it is advisable to wet out the goods thoroughly with Chem Soft – CS solution for about 10 to 15 minutes. The material is then squeezed and hydroextracted for removing excess of finishing liquor.

2 to 5 % of Chem Soft – CS is adequate for most finishes but can be adjusted according to individual requirements. It gives a very good softness on White & Dyed fabric

CHEM WET - TRO

Chem Wet – TRO is a Sulphonated Caster oil product. It is used as Emulsifying agent as well as dispersing agent in Printing and Dying of the fabric.

APPLICATION :

TEXONIL – VLH (Water Repellant)

Texonil – VLH is Wax based Anionic product, which gives Water repelancy on Convass fabric.

APPLICATION :

For 50 %  Water proofing results the convass is directly passed out through the Texonil – VLH solution. It can also be used with starch paste in different ratios as per the required quality.
