CHEM SIL - DF
CHEM SIL – DF is a high end Amino oil based polymer product, which is used to defoam the foaming occured during various textile processes. It has a efficiency to defoam the foaming within 3 to 5 sec, which can otherwise cause severe damages in the processes.

- POLYMER CONTENTS : 20 %
- PH VALUE : 6.5 – 7
- SOLUBILITY : Highly soluble in water
STABILITY : Stable in Nonionic and cationic medium
APPLICATION : (Combined Scouring & Bleaching Process)
It can be used either at the time of arising of the foam or before the start of the process between 0.2 to 0.5% of the weight of the solution. This gives a zero foam process in jet dyeing which can otherwise cause pathches on the fabric. It is also used in the manufacturing of various chemical reactions to maintain a foam free process.
Suggestions :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.
