CHEM BINDER - 4000
Chem Binder – 4000 is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer. It is used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
- PHYSICAL STATE : Milky Liquid
- CHEMICAL NATURE : Co-Polymer of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer
- SOLID CONTENTS : 43% ± 2
- POLYMER CONTENTS : 40% ± 2
- PH VALUE : 7.5 – 8
- SOLUBILITY : Highly soluble in water
- STABILITY : Stable in Mild-Alkaline medium
- SPECIFIC GRAVITY : 1 .04
APPLICATION : (Binder Paste)
- Chem Binder–4000 : 8 – 10 % (As per Colour / Shade %)
- Chem Emulsi–X : 1%
- Fixer CCL : 1%
- Urea : 2 – 5%
- Di-Amonium Phosphate : 2%
- THICKNER : 2 – 3%
(THICKNER is mixed gently under stirring till fine paste.)
SUGESSIONS :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.

Chem Binder – 9400 is Co-Polymer product of Ethyl Acrylate. It is used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric.

BINDER HS ECO
Binder HS ECO is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer.This product is eco friendly product and it is APEO, NPEO free product. It is used in Pigment printing on all kind of Textile fabric.

FOAM BINDER - FP
Foam Binder – FP is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer with a blend of foam powders. It is a buff coloured paste used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric to give a 3-D rubberized type effect. Any pigment dispersion can be added to give coloured 3-D effect on fabric after printing, drying and curing

APPLICATION : (Binder Paste)
It is directly printed on the desired fabric surface, and after priting, drying and curing at a preferably 125 degree celcius temperature it gives a 3-D rubberized effect.
