CHEM SIL – SNP
Chem SIL – SNP is Micro Amino Silicon based emulsion. It is used as softening agents for Cotton, Hoisery, Jeans and Synthetic fabric. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Dyed Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
- PHYSICAL STATE : Transparent Viscous Liquid
- CHEMICAL NATURE : Non – Ionic
- ACTIVE CONTENTS : 30%
- OIL CONTENT : 20%
- PH VALUE : 7.5
- SOLUBILITY : Soluble in water under stirring
- STABILITY : Stable in Anionic, Cationic and Non – Ionic medium
APPLICATION : (Binder Paste)
1 to 2 % of the Chem SIL – SNP gives a very good softness on Dyed Jeans / Hoisery / Cotton fabric. It also increases the tensile strength of the fabric and gives a fine hand feel , suppleness with a luster on the surface of the fabric. Chem SIL –SNP also gives slight hydro phobic properties after application on the fabric i.e it gives some water proofing effect.
SUGESSIONS :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.
