Texozym – CLD is a modified Alplha amylase prepration. The product is very efficient in the hydrolyzing of starch whick makes the prepration especially suitable for fabric desizing
Texozym –CLD is applied in the pre-treatment stage between 50 to 55°C to remove the size from the fabric thus making the fabric more absorbent and efficient for further wet processing.

This is a complex mixture of ENDO-CELLULASE, EXOCELLULASE 1, 4 B-GLUCONASE PROTEASE & XYLANASE. Texozym – F is a ready to use strength of Cellulase prepration and is capable of imparting best Fading results. The effect is achieved by the Disintegrating action of the Enzyme on the Cellulosic molecules, which are converted into soluble products. The Cotton molecules on the surface of the fabric when Solublised and taken away into the Wash bath, they Carry away the Dye layer over the top of themselves and thus imparting the Fading effect.
After the treatment Garment has to be thoroughly washed and treated with an Oxidising Agent and washed. The treatment imparts a very good Fading look to the Garment surfaced with special effects of Faded designs, depending upon the Weaving structures.

This is an Enzymatic formulation with ALPHA AMYLASE as main constituent. ALPHA AMYLASE is having a well known application in solublising any starches in the media at specific temperatures of 60-80°C in a neutral bath, wherein the product attacks the starch molecules and disintegrate them into soluble sugars. These soluble sugars, being water soluble come out in washing water without any problem and can be washed out easily. Usually Cotton fabric carry starch 15-18% of its weight, applied in the process of sizing and these starches are essentially to be removed before the fabric can be taken to the process of Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing and Finishing.
After the treatment Garment has to be thoroughly washed and treated with an Oxidising Agent and washed.
