Chem Soft – CS is a higher Fatty Acid Amino based Softner. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.
To impart good softening and luster to the fabric and yarn, it is advisable to wet out the goods thoroughly with Chem Soft – CS solution for about 10 to 15 minutes. The material is then squeezed and hydroextracted for removing excess of finishing liquor.
2 to 5 % of Chem Soft – CS is adequate for most finishes but can be adjusted according to individual requirements. It gives a very good softness on White & Dyed fabric.
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.

Foam Binder – FP is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer with a blend of foam powders. It is a buff coloured paste used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric to give a 3-D rubberized type effect. Any pigment dispersion can be added to give coloured 3-D effect on fabric after printing, drying and curing
It is directly printed on the desired fabric surface, and after priting, drying and curing at a preferably 125 degree celcius temperature it gives a 3-D rubberized effect.
