CHEM SOFT – CS
Chem Soft – CS is a higher Fatty Acid Amino based Softner. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :

- CHEMICAL NATURE : Higher Fatty acid based Softner
- IONIC NATURE : Catoinic
- SOLID CONTENTS : 20 %
- PH VALUE : 4.5
- SOLUBILITY : Soluble in Water
- STABILITY : Stable in Catoinic & Non-Ionic Products
APPLICATION : (Binder Paste)
To impart good softening and luster to the fabric and yarn, it is advisable to wet out the goods thoroughly with Chem Soft – CS solution for about 10 to 15 minutes. The material is then squeezed and hydroextracted for removing excess of finishing liquor.
2 to 5 % of Chem Soft – CS is adequate for most finishes but can be adjusted according to individual requirements. It gives a very good softness on White & Dyed fabric.
SUGESSIONS :
The Product should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and hot pipe lines. Stir the Product Carboys well before use.

Chem Soft – NS is a higher Fatty Acid Softning agent to impart soft and supple finish with lustre. It gives a soft & Silky feel on Cotton, Hoisery & Woolen Fabric.

- STABILITY : Stable in Catoinic,Anionic& Non-Ionic Products
APPLICATION :

Chem Soft – AS is a higher Fatty Acid Softning agent to impart soft and supple finish with lustre. It is suitable for cotton, Synthetic, woolens and pure silk etc.

- STABILITY : Stable in alkaline & acid side pH

FOAM BINDER - FP
Foam Binder – FP is Co-Polymer product of Butyl Acrylate & Styrene Monomer with a blend of foam powders. It is a buff coloured paste used in Pigment printing on Textile fabric to give a 3-D rubberized type effect. Any pigment dispersion can be added to give coloured 3-D effect on fabric after printing, drying and curing

- STABILITY : Stable in Mild-Alkaline medium
- SPECIFIC GRAVITY : 1.04
APPLICATION : (Binder Paste)
It is directly printed on the desired fabric surface, and after priting, drying and curing at a preferably 125 degree celcius temperature it gives a 3-D rubberized effect.
