TEXOZYM – CLD

Texozym – CLD is a modified Alplha amylase prepration. The product is very efficient in the hydrolyzing of starch whick makes the prepration especially suitable for fabric desizing

APPLICATION :

DOSAGE : 5-8g / Kg. of Denim Garment
pH : 5.5 – 6.5
TEMPERATURE : 50 – 55°C
DURATION : 35 – 50 min.

Texozym –CLD is applied in the pre-treatment stage between 50 to 55°C to remove the size from the fabric thus making the fabric more absorbent and efficient for further wet processing.

STORAGE & HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS :

Direct contact with skin or eyes causing irritation, has to be flushed with water immediately till irritation lasts.
Temprature exceeding 30°C can deactivate the Enzyme, hence it should be stored in a shadowed and cool place.
